RENTAL CRITERIA
1) Below are guidelines
regarding our resident selection policy:
A) Currently in Bankruptcy is automatic disqualification. We will NOT
allow a Co-signor for this.
B) Satisfactory landlord references required. Eviction within the last 4
years is automatically a disqualification.
C) You must GROSS 2 times the monthly rent and be employed in
D) Satisfactory credit report is required. You MUST have more good than
bad credit and rental history.
E) All residents over 18 must complete an application.

G) Conviction of more than 1 arrest in the past 3 years of burglary,
violent crimes, damaging property, fraud or drug sales is automatic
disqualification. We will NOT allow a Co-signor for this.
H) Employment and income is verified.
2) A copy of your driver’s license is needed. We prefer to receive that upon receipt of your application. If this is not possible, WE MUST receive it at the lease signing.
3) Completed applications are processed in the order received. To be complete, the application must be filled out in full and signed with an application fee. If more than one person will be living in the apartment, we will allow up to 24 hours for the additional person(s) to bring the application and fee.
4) It is our goal to apply these guidelines to EVERYONE applying for or living in a Miletus Properties, LLC property without regard to race, religion, national origin, familial status, handicap, age, or sex. All information is held in confidence.

CONSENT AGREEMENT
I/We do hereby consent to and authorize any representative
of Miletus Properties, LLC and/ or their agents to obtain, verify and
exchange information on any reports concerning me as are maintained by, but not
limited to: City, County, State, Federal Law enforcement agencies, Credit
reporting agencies, present and/ or past employers, present and/ or past
residences. I understand that any
information obtained may be considered by
Furthermore, I hereby release and hold harmless: agents, owners and affiliates of, but not limited to their officers, directors, employees, agents, law enforcement agencies, credit reporting agencies, present and or past employers, present and/ or past residencies, it’s officers and employees that shall provide information to Miletus Properties, LLC and/ or their agents upon request, from and against any and all claims, demands suits or expenses arising from or related to the content validity or handling of said reports.
I/We hereby certify that the information contained in this application for lease is accurate, full and complete. I/We have read the Resident Selection Policy and fully agree to abide by its criteria. Any discrepancy or lack of information will result in immediate rejection of this application. I/We understand that this is an application for a rental home and DOES NOT constitute a lease agreement in whole or part. I/We hereby acknowledge a NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE OF $35.00 (Single Applicant), $60.00 with a Co-Applicant to be used in the processing of this application, once an application is approved a lease must be signed within 48 hours, and the unit can ONLY be held for no longer than 2 weeks.
